WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle.. Gratuities are a privilege to receive and can be added to the total on a credit card or accepted through Venmo or Zelle..
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
There is plenty of metered street parking on Washington Blvd and Morgan St. and we are only two blocks south of the Morgan CTA Pink and Green line stop.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We require a 24hr cancellation. Anything less than 24hrs, you will be charged 1/2 the amount of service booked. For all no shows/no call we must charge 100% of the service booked.
Please note that when booking an appointment, you automatically accept and agree to the cancelation policies.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS?
Unused products may be exchanged with a receipt. We do not give refunds.
