WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Gratuities are a privilege to receive however we are unable to accept them on a credit card.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
There is one parking spot behind the building. If you are taking public transport, we are only a half a block west of the Morgan CTA Pink and Green lines stop.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We require a 24hr cancellation. Anything less than 24hrs, you will be charged 1/2 the amount of service booked. For all no shows/no call we must charge 100% of the service booked.

Please note that when booking an appointment, you automatically accept and agree to the cancelation policies.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS?
Unused products may be exchanged with a receipt. We do not give refunds.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are displeased with your experience at Lustre please contact us and we will be more than happy to accommodate you
